At Vet Fit we believe that fitness is more than just physical. To achieve overall fitness you need the fit body, healthy mental health, and the strong spirit to keep you going.
As Veterans, we all had this, and for some of us, we may have lost a little, or all of it completely.
Vet Fit is here to help you get that back. to be the warrior you are, and be able to regain and achieve your fitness goals.
At my worst I was 279lbs and I'm only 5'9". Still on my journey, over the past 7 years I've gotten down to 219, back up to 265, and right now sitting at 246. Join me and Vet Fit with videos on social media to help motivate you, share workouts, supplements, and diets.
